Rafoo Chakkar is directed by B.H. Tharun Kumar. He has made an attempt to make the viewers laugh. The story of the film revolves around four characters Pappu, Mannu, Millie and Julie. There are some funny jokes at places where you can laugh but the second hour of the movie is just appaling.
